I use guns –
The mount is very solid, and my red dot mounted very snug, the only downside is I couldn’t combo mine with an lpvo, the mount doesn’t have enough height or width to clear my optic. Over all though the mount is very solid. If you are planning to run with a scoped optic, you will need to be way in front of the optic or way behind it, but with that being said, you need to have very shallow turrets or they will obstruct your lens. Solid mount nonetheless though

This was easy to figure out, mount the optic and then mount to a rifle. Not much clearance. I mounted a romeo zero on it. Right now it's affixed to my kids dpms bb AR until I do my next build.
