I have used these for many years in the military. Conducting dryfire training around the house I like the sight a lot. If you want more battery life, get the t1 micro or comp 4 versions.Pros: easy to use, rugged, dependable provenCons: would prefer it used a more commonly found battery

Solid optic, crisp dot and waterproof up to 150ft incase you lose it in a boating accident. It was really nice installing it out of the box and getting a perfect co-witness with my iron sights. Be careful turning the dot too bright it will hurt your eye no joke.

Ordered and received Aimpoint Pro Reflex Red Dot Sight from Opticsplanet. At first after installing the battery into the optic and turning it on, I thought it was broken or malfunctioning, but embarrassingly I was looking through the wrong end of the optic. This optic looks and works great.

As advertised. I had used a variation of this optic while on active duty and this version does not disappoint. Robust construction and remains “grunt proof”. I did, however, notice a small starburst effect from the dot, not as crisp as I remembered. After comparing a few sights at a local dealer and taking a reference photo with my phone, it appears I have an undiagnosed astigmatism… whatever. The optic performed exceptional at the range, 2moa at 100yds, but I believe that’s more a representation of my inability than the optics’s effectiveness. Getting old ain’t for sissies.
