Fit perfectly on receiver. Took about 2 min to install. Counter sink holes are a little too shallow. Screw heads are not perfectly flush with side when installed. Did not use loctite as recommended because screws have to be removed to remove trigger group for cleaning. So far screws have not loosened

I mounted this on my twelve gauge 870 Remington shotgun. Very tight fit and there is no room for movement. The mounting hardware was very nice. Screws/bolts seated flush with the frame of the mount. No smithing required I had the mount installed in under five minutes.

This scope mount fit well on my Remington 870. The rail, however, was not aligned with the windage sightline once mounted and tightened. Not sure if this was a machining error as the mount only fits one way. Had to use much of my windage adjustment to get sight in-line with the barrel. I could not find any customer service contact information for Aimtech except the return address they provide.
