The AD-RECON-M mount is made for putting high power glass onto a flattop style AR-15. Designed to be used in conjunction with a Laser Sighting System to bring the Objective Housing high enough to clear the laser, or for shooters requiring a higher cheek weld for heads up shooting. This is the mid-height mount that we offer, the centerline height with 30mm rings is 1.63″ and 1.7″ with 34mm rings. The cantilever throws the scope out front with 2? offset, allowing you to get the right eye relief. It is precision machined from 6061 T6 aluminum and finished in hard coat T3 Mil-Spec anodize. It features the Patented QD Auto Lock Lever system to accommodate both in spec and out of spec rail systems. This is my second purchase of an ADM scope mount. Specifically this model. Everything about this scope base/ring setup was what I needed. The fit and finish were perfect and there was no need for lapping the scope rings they had 92% contact. The latches provide secure and quick detachment of the scope so I can transition it between my battle rifle and competition rifle. (Pro tip Remember to re zero if you do this). If you’re in the market for a QD scope mount this should be in the top 3 options you’re considering.

Well made, not the lightest scope mount but the qd system is better than others. This height places the scope near lower 1/3 which is what I wanted.

This is a very well-made piece. Easy to assemble and adjustable for the proper rail tension. Seems to hold zero when removed/installed. Would definitely buy another and recommend to others looking for a quality QD mount system.

ADM is one of the few companies offering 35mm mounts for Leupold in the higher heights of 1.7-1.9”. Plus they’re usually always in stock at a reasonable price. They’re other mounts that offer more options, but they cost almost double. Solid option that just works well.
