I recently purchased this mount, which is my first ADM purchase. Overall im im impressed. I purchased this mount on sale, but i do feel as they are a little overpriced. But i feel this is definatly the strongest and most engineered of all my other mounts.

The best mount I have purchased. It makes a big difference spending a descent amount on a quality mount and the QD feature is great. It holds zero well and fits perfect on my OPMOD Strike Eagle. I love optics planet and their customer service is excellent.

This my second mount and the first one works great. Make sure to follow the installations instructions and use a quality torque wrench. I made the mistake the first time on not using a torque wrench. Screw were not tight enough.Have not had a chance to install this one but it looks awesome like my first one. This time, you will need to apply the thread locking compound yourself and the locking bar has a more positive lock than the first one from 2 years ago.Make sure the quick release levers engage at least 45 degrees remaining to close up the levers. This will insure there is enough squeeze on scope mount rail.

Excellent scope mount and excellent service from Optic Planet..! Hunter and outdoor sportsman all my life. Competitive shooter, SRO/RO/MD, and match sponsor over thirty years experience. Own several ADM Scope Mounts since their first year in business and never experienced failure or less than excellent quality product..!

QD mount is easy to use, and keeps zero well. The tactical levers are large enough to operate with gloves, but not so large as to get in the way. It returns very close to zero when removed and reattached at the same T marker.

As the title suggests, these AD Recon mounts are a little on the pricier side for those of us used to purchasing mounts from other manufacturers like Atibal, Aero, and Primary Arms (which are all excellent, by the way). What I like about these Recon mounts, in particular, is that the rings can be swapped out with different rings of different scope diameters. I also like how secure the QD latches feel. They are a little harder to get a scope into, due to the way that they are split vertically (instead of horizontally), but it's really not hard at all. I've already purchased two of these Recon mounts and will likely purchase more in the future.
