The ADM mount with the tactical lever upgrade is easily the best throw lever I've used on any mount, period. Locks up solid and returns to zero from my own experience. Comes in a cardboard box but has all the installation material necessary.

Another great product from American Defence Manufacturing. This one came with the new and improved throw lever, making it easier to remove the mount. I'm mounting a Leupold Deltapoint Pro via this mount. It's rock-solid, and the perfect mount in my opinion. Also, Optics Planet always provides awesome product at a very good price.
