The Arisaka Optic Leveler is an inexpensive, easy-to-use tool for leveling scopes mounted in rings or one-piece mounts. The base plate sits on the Picatinny rail or one-piece mount just below the turret cluster of the scope, and then the matching wedge is inserted from the side. As the 11 degree ramped surfaces of the wedge and base engage, the top of the wedge rises upwards and contacts the turret cluster, automatically leveling it. Excellent tool. Makes mounting scopes about as simple as can be.Like the manuf. states, lower quality components (cheap optics, mounts, etc) will yield mediocre results. But if you use quality mounts and optics this thing is the best.I have used it with all my 1 piece and 2 piece mounts without any issues.Absolutely love this tool and highly recommend it

I've seen this and decided to give it a try. I've used an Wheeler Engineering Ultra scope mounting kit which is really good. Now that I have this Arisaka optic leveler Its even easier to mount a scope. I've used it by its self with no bubble leveler and it works great. With the wheeler engineering Ultra scope mounting kit you have it perfect every time.

Ever mount your scope, feel like it's just horizontally aligned, only to get to the range and realize it's JUST slightly off? Do you have a PRS-style bipod that articulates, so it's even harder to get perfectly level? Use this tool for peace of mind.4 stars because it doesn't fit all scopes, very low clearance

I'm not sure where I bought mine from, I can't find it in my OP order history but I would buy it again in a heartbeat. Less than a heartbeat. There is no faster, easier way to level a scope. I have just about everything another well know company makes for leveling scopes with all sorts of bubble levels that clamp on barrel and sit on rails and and levels that sit on the elevation cap of the scope you can throw it all away. That stuff is clumsy and honestly not very accurate no matter how careful you are with it.Mount you rings on the rifle, mount your scope loosely in the rings (loose enough you can move it and tight enough that it stays when moved) and jam the grooved plate and one of the wedges between the rail on the rifle and the flat part on the bottom of the scope under the elevation dial. Make the flat of the scope square with the wedge and you're done. Works on both traditional rings and cantilever mounts.About the only place this hasn't worked for me is my Remington 700 because there is nothing under the flat bottom of the scope. It has two short pieces of rail, one in front and one behind that action. I expect you'll have a similar challenge with many of the bolt actions on the market. In that case you might have to hate life and go back to the bubble levels. But anything with a continuous rail or flat surface under the scope, this tool will have you level in about 30 seconds.

Easiest Scope Leveler to use on the market. If you have a Pic Rail on your weapon and you are mounting an optic this is the leveling kit for you. Just slip the leveler base over the rail under the turret housing of your scope, slide the appropriate wedge into the slot on the base and insert until snug. The scope will level with the Pic rail or 1 piece scope mount. Easy as can be.

These make reticle alignment super easy and fast. However, there are 2 caveats I feel you should be aware:The biggest one is that it all depends on if your mounting platform is machined true, and if the scope tube is machined properly with the reticle aligned properly to the scope tube. On a quality setup, this should be fine. I'm talking like Japanese glass Vortex scopes (Razor) with a quality Picatinny rail that is in-spec.The second caveat is if your scope turret/body size to rail clearance may not allow for this leveler to work. I only ran into this in a few situations. In that situation I had to use feeler gauges.
