Thanks Kelly Prince! I had an issue with the rubber grommet that covers the SD card. I called Kelly and she opted to send several covers since they make different ones. ATN stands behind there products great company.

Out of the Box this product didn't work, did the software update and it was still a no-fly zone. Called into ATN and spoke with Kelly Prince and she was able to walk me through the trouble shooting, which didn't fix the problem still. So; Kelly was able to get all the paperwork done, got the scope sent back – fixed – and returned to me very quickly.Sometimes stuff happens and new product just doesn't work – but standing by your product, fixing the issues and making it right is a trait that a lot of companies don't have anymore. ATN and Kelly cared, went to every effort possible and fixed the product in a timely fashion. To me that is more impressive than if it worked perfect out of the box.

Kelly Prince assisted me in a repair request for my monocular thermal. Very helpful and engaged, shipped my item same day as soon as approval was made. Overall, the optic was perfect for predator identification at night with dense foliage. Can't wait to use it again in the near future, would highly recommend this company.

I bought this item a month ago and between working and waiting for other parts to come in for my AR-15 I have not had a chance to get everything set up. Well, I went to put on the Supernova IR illuminator on the scope and it would not work. I tried the illuminator they sent with the scope and it worked perfectly. I double-checked the light and could not get it to work. After spending some time working on it I contacted ATNcorp and spoke with Kelly Prince who immediately got another light ordered for me and sent without any issue. ATN has a great product and exceptional service. Not only will I buy more scopes and products from ATN I highly recommend them. Thank you, Kelly for your assistance.
