set BSA Red Dot on an AR and works as I hoped. Not going to break the bank and shoots well. The Weaver mounts on the site did not fit the AR without an adapter. Once I had the adapter fit perfect and shot very well. Will order another to mount on a 22 for plinking.

I didnt get this one for hunting I actually use them for telescopes as RDF. Metal RDF finders from major brands start from twice the price or more, and most of those are based on regular hunting/shooting red dots scopes. Opticsplanet has the cheapest price for this model I could find, plus there is a free bag 🙂 Ive got 1 weaver riser to attach it to slim weaver plank Ive mounted on my telescopes, so I can move this from one to another. The lowest brightness setting is a little bit bright for astronomy use for some, but works OK for me. Nice solid item.Pros: price, quality

This red dot scope is easy to install and fun to use. I have "just" purchased it to mount on my 22 rifle. At 50 yards it is accurate and great for plinking, but i have noticed a problem with holding the adjustments. I would recommend getting as small a dot as possible. Overall, if the adjustments hold, i would purchase it again.Pros: easy installation, nice lookCons: may not hold adjustments

I bought this for my Mark III target pistol. It works well, holds its zero, and can be dismounted and remounted on the rail and goes back to zero every time. I use it for shooting at steel plate matches, etc. the dot is bright enough on the max setting. I can't speak to ruggedness or suitability for mounting on an AR, but at this price, it's worth trying out.

Very good scope for the money.Very easy to set up and sight in.Holds zero very well.I mounted mine on a combat 12GA shotgun.It gives very fast sight acqusition on still and moving targets.Much faster than traditional bead front sight.It is also great in low light, or no light conditions.Pros: Great scope for the moneyCons: haven't found any yet
