Like the fact this scope is made for the 6.5 Creedmoor with three turrets for different grain bullets! Easy to mount, good eye relief, seems like pretty good glass and easy on the pocketbook! Got it laser boresighted and ready for the range!

if you have a full length picatinny rail, you'll need taller mounts. the scope mounts that come with it are too short and the front will hit the rail. Scope is great though, mounts are my only complaint

I previously had a BSA Sweet 17 but sold it to a friend. I had it mounted on a variety of rifles and always thought it performed well. I bought this scope to mount on a .308 (they don’t seem to have a .308 version —- odd) and like the previous scope it functions well considering the price paid. It’s very light, good field of view, nice that it comes with scope rings and dials for different bullet grains. The knobs are a bit high profile for the scope, I intended to mount a red dot behind the elevation knob, but it’s too tall. Holds zero very well out to 200 which is as far as I tested it. The glass is a big foggy at long range. At 18x I should see clearly at 200, but this is where the price point is obvious. I’m using this scope on a brush gun, something I’m not afraid to have scratched up and I think it does the job perfectly. If the glass was more clear I’d give it 5 stars.

I never taught I would be buying a BSA scope, But two friends that only use scopes north of $1500. shocked me when both had this scope. Both have precision 6.5s They bought these scopes because they come with 3 different turrets based on your bullet grain weight. You just match the correct one with your load and simply dial in your distance, and to my surprise. It actually tracked well and is accurate to 800 yards. The glass is by no means the best, but for what it is designed for it does well. If BSA were to put better glass with fully multi-coded lerenses. They would have a real winner.

I purchased this BSA scopes for a .22 and a .177 air rifle in the past year. I am pleased with the quality and features for the price. I did purchase some aftermarket mounts to replace the heavy mounts which came with it for this model. I was able to zero in the scope at 100 yards very quickly.
