I've had excellent luck with Burris products (Scopes, mounts and rings) over the past 20 years. I wanted quick detach rings for my muzzleloader, enough to justify buying Burris again. Will they return to zero everytime? I don't know enough to guarantee it yet, but I expect to update this with positive results soon.I've read great reviews from Doc White and Randy Wakeman on the Warne QD mounts and rings. The Burris rings are a BIG savings over Warne rings.Pros: Solid, well made, good looking ringsCons: None I've found yet

Purchased these rings to mount a Burris 2-7X32 Scout Scope on my Springfield M1A Scout Squad rifle. These are the best rings to use if you damage a scope or just want to take it off, so you can use your rifle sights. Once you sight in the scope it can be removed and returned to the rifle without loosing your scope zero. I highly recommend this product.

My girlfriend wanted to surprise me with a Vortex scope last Christmas. She was in my opinion mislead by a couple of guys who worked at a large national outfitter chain into buying a Scout scope. I was totally stoked to see the Vortex logo when I peeled back the gift wrap but my facial expression must have changed when I read "Scout" because she immediately asked "Whats wrong?". I'm thinking; I don't have a scout rifle. I explained how much I love the gift but how it is a very application specific type of scope. Perfect excuse to build a scout inspired rifle!I decided to try to mount it to an RAS47 with an Ultimak AK scout rail. (I know an AK isn't traditional, typical or even ideal for a scout rifle) At first, I utilized a similar set of rings from Warne which are excellent however a bit too low and wouldn't allow the magnification/quick focus ring to be adjusted due to the ridges catching on the picatinny rail. After some research it seemed these rings from Burris might work. They did! It was a bit challenging but with some finesse I was able to mount it with just enough clearance to allow the magnification/quick focus ring to turn while still maintaining a low forward scout appearance. The ability to reposition the quick detach levers was essential and worked as expected.I have not yet evaluated if they hold zero but due to my experience with Burris products in the past I am confident they will. The machining looks great and the price is reasonable. I would buy these quick detach rings again!

quality fit and finish, strong and durable, easy installation and removal. Great for the Ruger 10/22 takedown, just remove your scope quickly for breakdown and storage in the Ruger 10/22's handy case.

I use these on several rifles. They are nicely finished, hold the scope well, and release and lock easily. They return to zero if you install and reinstall properly.I have tried others and end up coming back to these each time. They are not bulky, and do not have the stupid overbuilt arm chair tactical look. They just work well and go with most set ups without any problem.

The Burris 1-inch quick detach scope rings are an excellent product. Solid steel and very well made. I purchased the scope rings to use with my Burris 2-7×32 Scout Scope, which I have mounted on my Springfield M1A SOCOM 16. The M1A SOCOM has a forward Picatinny rail for mounting scopes. The "quick detach" feature of these rings makes it very easy to remove and then re-install the scope on the rifle. When in use, the scope rings hold the scope firmly in place. I highly recommend both Burris products to anyone considering a rifle scope.
