I have purchased a couple of these now, and they are quality precision made items. I have one on my Gen 5 Glock 20 with a 509T, perfect fit, easy install, very secure. I bought a second for my work gun, a Glock 45, and the slide is not true MOS as I found out, the MOS plate is too long. I contacted CH Precision, sent a photo of what I need, and got an immediate response with the correct plate I needed to order, specifically an "RMR to 509T" plate. Great customer service there, and I have been doing business with Optics Planet for years as well, and can recommend them both. Thanks

Somehow I lost the pack of MOS plates that came with my G5 Glock 19. Finally purchased a Holosun HE509T-GR-X2 and looked for the plates I swore came with my Glock for weeks. Giving up, I bought one off Amazon (DPP) and it was a hair too big to fit. After a bunch of research and frustration I bought this one – and it's perfect. Would definitely buy again.
