The C&H Precision Weapons v4 MIL/LEO adapter plate for the Holosun 507k/407k does exactly what it says. Its a high quality plate and easy to install. I like how it is pretty low profile so the optic sits almost flush. Great for 1/3 co-witness on my Glock 43X MOS with ameriglo GL-351 sights. I actually used it for mounting the 407k. I'd recommend this adapter plate and any adapter plate made by C&H Precision – I've had nothing but great experiences with their products.

Worked great. Precision adapter plate. I used it for a Leupold delta point pro red dot with a primary arms 12 o’clock mount on a bull pup.

I purchased this for use on my G43X MOS. The adapter plate is designed and machined very accurately. The plate sits in the MOS cutout perfectly with no noticeable wiggle room. I mounted my Holosun 507K onto the plate and installed the screws. The optic sits level and there are no gaps between the optic and the adapter plate.

C&H very well made. Precision made plates. They are definitely the go to for adapter plates.

I bought the C&H Precision Works HOLOk plate for my double stack MOS Glocks (G17/G19/G45). I haven't used it yet but I run C&H plates on almost all of my MOS Glocks including my 43X. I thought it would be a good idea to get the HOLOk plate in case I want to mount a 407k/507k on my double stack MOS Glocks. The G19 is my EDC and I like the SCS MOS on it since it has the same window size as a 507k and has no over hang on the slide. There are other benefits to the SCS MOS as well but this review is about the plate. I only buy C&H plates because they fit and work great. I am happy with my purchase and ready to mount a 407k/507k if I've decide to run a one on my double stack MOS Glocks. OP shipped it to me quickly per the usual. I would recommend C&H plates to anyone as they are far superior to the OEM Glock plates.

C&H makes a quality product (reason for the 2 stars) but this particular plate for the 43X/48 MOS mounts the RMR/SRO only by the two mounting screws. The plate isn't long enough to reach the two mounting holes in the front of the optic. You may never have an issue, but for a slide mounted optic, even of Trijicon's quality, The mounting holes are there for a reason and I'm not going to risk damaging/stretching/elongating the screw holes of such an expensive optic. The t-nuts are a little small as well and there is some play with the optic until you torque the screws in. I didn't notice at first until I did an approximate zero with the iron sights and ran out of windage adjustment. (I did test fit/put the plate on the pistol and mounted the dot, which means I cannot return it either.) Wait for a v5 or a different company's design that uses the mounting holes in addition to the screw holes.)To be fair, I did order the C&H plate for the 407K as it does have the notches for the mounting holes.
