Build quality of the EXPS3 is perfect but I would much prefer to have a circle with the dot to make passive aiming easier.

I almost went with an MRO HD instead of this. I'm so glad I went with the 1 moa Eotech. Dot is clean and the overall quality lives up to the name. A beautiful piece that will last a lifetime. I have yet to pair a magnifier with it but I have no doubt it will perform. I am very happy with the purchase. The main downside to an Eotech holo is the overall size but I can live with that.

Showed up with dead battery, swapped out with new worked for 6 hrs, killed that battery… went thru 3 batteries of course of a weekend. Got a RMA request and shipped back to eotech for warranty, awaiting new optic from eotech.

The title says it all. The EXPS3-1 is an EOTech with a single dot. It’s crisp with a lower 1/3rd co-witness and a QD lever. Also in my experience the battery life last a lot longer than the 68 MOA ring. It also looks ultra crisp under a Holosun HM3X magnifier.
