With a high ballistic coefficient 250 grain polymer tipped spire-point bullet, shot at 1,950 to 2,000 f.p.s., this scope can be sighted on at 100 yards, and the lower crossbars will point the load on at 200225 and 250 yards. Scope is clear but the picture is finicky and the ear relief is not what it should be for a loader scope. I’m only using 2 pellets and 240gr bullets if I were using a magnum load it would be impossible to avoid getting hit in the eye with the recoil.

The only complaint I have with this scope is it doesn’t go to 300 yards. I like to bench shoot out a distance of 300. It has very clear glass and for some reason the target comes into view very quickly and it is easy to hold it there. I have had 3 of them with no problems of any kind. I have other brands of black powder scopes that get the job done, but I will also say that for the difference in price you can not go wrong with this one. When it comes to hunting I prefer this scope over any of the other ones.
