I Know this is for a t1 But i had decided to try this with a holosun 403. With the 403 it sits to high to even see my irons which are also UTG "super slim low profile fixed sights". My previous red dot was a cheap field sport with a UTG riser mount that had a perfect lower 1/3. all and all this mount is made very well fit and finish wise but if you plan on using it for anything other than a t1 pull out the calipers and start measuring. Ended up buying the UTG absolute co-witness mount which gives me a decent lower 1/3.-If your sight comes with a pic rail mount and is not a t1 you may be better off just buying a riser.

Was looking for a riser for my bushnell red dot that gave me enough visual clearance over my white light. I couldn’t justify spending over 100$ for a Unity of close to 100$ with a reptilia mount so I ended up stumbling across this one and I absolutely love it.

Replaced the factory mount on my Romeo 5 with this. It seems to have made the optic height slightly taller than lower 1/3 cowitness height. My irons are in the very bottom of the sight picture, if the optic were any taller I wouldn't be able to see them. I dont mind this, but you may. This mount has better recoil lugs and feels stout compared to the factory mounts that come with most budget dots. Great mount for the money.

Let me start with the Pros because there's more of them than Cons. Great fit and finish. This mount is built really well. I have a Lower 1/3 Reptilia Mount on my other rifle, but want to try something different and roll the dice at a lower price point. It came with five new screws and two T style allen wrenches. Again, I cant stress enough on how well the fit and finish are on it. Here is the Con. I mounted a Holosun 403B, which married up to the mount perfectly. I'm using Magpul MBUS, front and back. When I flip up the sights the mount blocks the line of sight. The mount is to tall. If you're going to run just a mount/dot combo, then I highly recommend this mount. If you plan on running back up sights in conjunction, you may be out of luck.
