Works perfectly with my primary arms red dot.. Mounted it on a century arms c39v2, the mount has zero play onces you adjust the tension screw correctly..I don't consider it to be bulky and it's pretty light weight.. I would Definitely recommend.

This model works well with my Holosun optic (HE403C) on my Palmetto State Armory GF3 Moekhov. It did require a slight amount of relieving (with a 1/4" diameter round file) at the rear of the base where it sits over the rail due to the rear rail rivet interfering slightly. The optic mount places the red dot perfectly centerline with the gun and just barely above the ribbed dust cover but you are still able to remove it. The tension adjustment for the clamp has a MILE of adjustment; no problems there. Notice that some have observed the screws between upper and lower coming loose over time. Please use a bit of green loctite (retention grade) or similar on those two screws.

I have been very pleased with the Mount. The QD system work great and it is easy to get mounted.I also have the one with the full picatinny rail and this one is a little lighter and allows you to Mount your dot lower. Depending on your optic, you may or may not be able to see your irons through the tube. I have it mounted on a PSA GF3.

I've been very happy with this mount. The locking QD lever is solid and cannot be unintentionally released. The T1/T2 footprint was machined to spec and worked with multiple optics. MI even includes screws to mount the Primary Arms microdots. I've found that the screws included with my other optics, which included a Sig Romeo 4T and Holosun 515CM, worked with the mount. The MI mount seems more solid than the RS mounts but I believe it also weighs a little more. The Gen 2 mounts can also be centered over the bore by sliding the upper and lower portions relative to one another. Once I got the upper aligned, I used blue loctite to secure the screws that hold the upper and lower together. I have had no issues with the mount holding zero, though I have no subjected it to drops, etc. I have used this mount on a PSA GFE and a PSA AK104. If you plan to use the MI mounts on a PSA AK you will need to file some material from the lower mount to accommodate the rear rivet that holds the side optics mount on PSA AK's. It seems PSA's rivet sticks out higher than others. I did this with some simple hand files and then re-anodized it with Birchwood-Casey Aluminum Black.

I used this on a Galil along with a master mount side rail and it cowitnesses perfectly with the stock sights. The rail lockup is adjustable and it locks up securely to ensure you zero is retained.
