Great base, fits the Vanguard 2 well, no gaps. Nice finish, durable and made to work like it should. Paired with Seekins rings makes it a great combination. Used this with a Vortex Scope and I have a deer dropping tack driver!

Got it quickly from optics planet. Great fit and a really solid base. Mounted Leupold rings and a Nikon Scope. Onto a .300 Weatherby Mag. Will update this review after a hundred rounds or so to let you know if it can handle the shock better than my last mounts.

I ordered this item a while back, and it is very sturdy! I love how there is little to no play when you put it on the action. I didn’t feel there was any need to bed it. It holds the scope mounts just fine as well.

Have 2 of these on my Howa's. The spacing is perfect and machining is great. I use my rifles for both PRS and bench shooting. I've mounted a couple of different scope rings/ scopes to it. They all bolt right up to this rail.
