First I’d like to say how much I love OpticsPlanet, they’ve worked with me in the past to honor a coupon I had, and they expedited shipping themselves for that particular item.This Nightstar Product I received after Christmas as a gift. I’ve only just used it recently for the first time… the focus adjustments do not work properly (it must be defective). The original blurry picture of “Big Foot” is a good comparison to the highest quality focus achievable that this product can accomplish in its current working state. Please OpticsPlanet, send me a good quality one of equal value! Preferably a different brand this time.
