What an awesome way to get better images from a smartphone. Slide this on and start getting great images from binoculars or spotting scope. I tried couple other digiscoping products and this one is way better. It costs a bit more,but is worth it. Heavy duty and solid.

This phone adapter works well on my Vortex Diamondback HD 20-60×85 Spotting Scope (Angled) with my iPhone 13 Pro. Once the adapter is tightened to the scope it is stable. After the initial set up you insert your phone in the spring loaded adapter clamps, place the adapter on the scope and tighten the compression ring around the scope's eyepiece and you're ready to go. The adapter can be adjusted for different phones or optics as needed, unlike the other digiscoping adapters I considered.

Bought this phone adapter for digiscoping with my Kowa 88 spotting scope. It is more expensive than most alternatives but is built like a tank out of aluminum and high-quality plastic. The fit and finish is first rate and it has the feel of something that will last for years. Several adapter rings are included in the box to fit most spotting scope eyepieces, one of which fit mine perfectly. The spring-loaded arms that grip the phone are strong and should fit most phones – even those in bulky Otterbox or Pelican cases. The arm ends even have little adjustment wheels to customize them to the thickness of the phone. There are multiple adjustment points to fiddle with to fit your smartphone and it just takes a little trial and error to fine tune the unit so that the phone camera lens is centered and aligned with the opening in the adapter. Once that is done, all of the adjustments can be "locked down" and you can pop the unit with the phone attached off and on your spotting scope with ease. The instructions that come in the box could be clearer, but the product itself is relatively simple to figure out and the company does offer phone and on-line support. Bottom line, this is a premium quality product at a premium price point but is also a good value when you consider that it will likely last many years longer than its lesser quality alternatives.

This is very well made and easy to use. I put on my Vortex spotting scope and works very well. One thing I will mention is that I have an IPhone 15 pro and was hoping to use the telephoto on it to bring in the targets to even better view, but phone switch to a different lens or a combination of lens. Because of this you can only go up to 3.9x. It is awesome. As usual, Opticsplanet delivered quickly and on time

I considered all of the others before settling on the Novagrade digiscope adaptors. For me magnetic was a no-go, and this seemed to be the highest quality and most universal of the raining options. I am very pleased with my purchase. The adaptor works very well with my Nikon Fieldscope ED50 with 27x WA eyepiece. Combined with the optional small eyepiece adaptors, it also works great with my old 1960s Bushnell Spacemaster. I would highly recommend this for your digiscoping needs.
