I purchased this on 3/19/2024. Package arrived on time,and was in good condition no signs of any damage. Unboxed the scope and started ring assembly with supplied rings. Placed the scope on my rifle and started bore sighting with a laser bore sight kit. Found elevation and windage to be off, started adjustments with controls and they both hit the stops without adjusting to the laser's dot. On 3/28/2024 I tried to contact Osprey Scopes. Phone calls only answered by voice mail which informed me of business hours. I was called within the time and day. Sent an email to the address on box with no reply from them as of this writing. I will be contacting Optics Planet for return.

I received my scope on time, the package appeared undamaged. Assembled supplied rings onto the scope and placed the scope on the rifle.Started the procedure to "bore sight" on the rifle using a laser bore sight kit. Observed elevation and windage needed adjustment. Turned the controls in the direction needed. Both controls hit their stops, and alignment was still off. Waiting on Osprey to advise how they want it returned for repair. This is frustrating, and should not be necessary for a brand-new product. What happened to quality control?
