The PATRIOT OPTICS Grit 1-4x FFP First Focal Plane Rifle Scope equips your AR rifle platform with superior craftsmanship and a host of state-of-the-art, performance-driven features. The Grit features an etched Mil-Dot Reticle that is Tri-Illuminated in red, green, and blue, and the 3-level adjustable rheostat provides custom brightness control in any lighting condition. As a Low Power Variable Optic (LPVO), this scope is ideal for tactical situations utilizing 1x both eyes open shooting with over 4 inches of eye relief, while also providing precise, accurate variable zoom changes up to 4x magnification for hunters, and target shooters, that require longer distance accuracy. The ocular bell housing and eyepiece of our Grit scope really puts this optic in a league of its own. Equipped with a fine thread fast focus ring, very precise levels of adjustment are achieved when focusing the scope to your eye. In addition, the ocular bell housing is equipped with our TAC ZOOM feature. With TAC ZOOM the entire ocular bell housing is part of the power ring. Just grab the ocular bell housing anywhere and rotate it to adjust the power setting of the scope. When seconds count the most, this feature provides lightning-fast magnification adjustments under duress, and when wearing tactical gloves that reduce feel. The scratch resistant, green-fused, multi-coated lenses, provide superior light transmission with crystal clear resolution, while the tube of the scope is milled from a solid piece of 6061 aircraft grade aluminum; providing a shock rating of 1200g allowing it to withstand constant heavy recoil. In addition, the housing is also fog-proof and nitrogen-sealed for all-weather performance that provides extra durability in all weather conditions.
