This is my first FFP scope and I'm more than satisfied. Parallax and magnification knobs function smoothly and the different IR colors allow you to choose the best one for the situation at hand. I'd held off all this time on getting a FFP scope due to the high cost, but paid less for this FFP than several of my 30 mm SFP scopes. I'd have no problem recommending this scope for someone wanting to try out an FFP at for short to medium range hunting or for a high powered PCP (precharged pneumatic) air rifle.
