Works great with an Eotech holographic with QD.The larger riser plate is all that is needed to get the magnifier to the correct height. I imagine that the shorter plate would work for the eotech holographics that don’t have a QD system.Maybe I’m asking for too much but I wish that the image wasn’t blurry at shorter distances, shooting paper with it at 50yrds was blurry enough that I couldn’t make out 22lr impact holes

Fyi this comes with plates for lower 1/3 and co witness. It doesnt say this anywhere online. The magnifier is incredibly micro, light and high clarity. The mount is solid. I normally prefer a qd mount but considering how lightweight this is i might keep the mount.

For the price you can’t beat it! Built well from tube to mount. Time will tell, but overall it is a solid piece of kit. I would love to see a true QD mount without the use of any tool. However, if it is the setup you want no point to remove it. The mount’s hinge is very positive. Flipping back and forth is faster than most. The glass is awesome! 6x will make the dot massive on your target, but a lower brightness setting somewhat helps. Target identification is a breeze with this thing for a mid range rig. Happy I picked one up.

I got this magnifier after I purchase the primary arms SLX 1x prism and am using it with this magnifier behind it. When looking through just the magnifier it is crystal clear. The eyebox is pretty strict but I would expect that out of a 6x optic. The turrets centering the reticle of the optic in front has alot of range for centering the reticle in the scope. When combined with the SLX 1x I have to adjust the diopter for the scope first, then my eye. So through the scope the etched reticle is crisp and without the magnifier the reticle is slightly out of focus but still decently sharp. I do not see any chromatic aberration through the scope and the colors look very accurate. I would definitely recommend this magnifier.
