I use this scope for shooting coyotes over bait at night. I keep it by the window in my back room. My road kill bait is 125 yards across my barnyard. The only time it is outside is to sight it in. It is not abused. It has a great image. I have viewed a coyote at 1/2 mile. After having it for 1 1/2 months, the internal battery will not charge and it has a double image on occasion. This XQ35 is a replacement for a XQ38 that was not repairable. Now the 35 has developed similar issues.

If you’re looking for a thermal with high quality and affordable cost, don’t waste your time, buy a Pulsar Thermion 2 XQ35 Pro 2.5 – 10x50mm, you don’t need more than 2.5 if your going to hog hunting, no regrets!!! Also it’s not heavy!
