So apparently these guys make vortex precision rings and are slightly cheaper. I have no complaints. they fit into the rail perfectly they hold my 40mm scope with very minimal clearance. I would but another set if i had a rifle for them.

Rock solid mounts, extremely lightweight, highly recommended! Put them on a 10/22 build, paired up with a Nikon P-Rimfire scope, and the combo is within a quarter at 100yds! Remember to torque the hex screws as specified, set it and then forget it!

I have spoke with them direct there actually a company that responds in a timely manner and are very professional. There rings are not bulky there stream line if you please.As far as Optics planet I feel there a 1st quality Company to speak with to order from , they stand behind there products and I state this as a Business owner whom deals with a lot of different companies and I weed out the ones that don't meet my standards. I purchased these scope rings to mount a Vortex Diamondback HP 4-16×42 scope on a Bergara BMR .22LR bolt action rifle. These scope rings are made by Vortex. These scope rings are the same as the Vortex Precision Matched Rifle Scope Rings but at a much lower price.
