The ROMEO4XT-PRO offers the same high-end optical performance, quad-reticle, and legendary durability of the original ROMEO4T while adding key features requested by professionals. Illumination control moves to the top, providing easy access with either hand while staying clear of chest rigs and plate carriers when slung. A dedicated night vision override switch makes short work of drastic changes in lighting conditions and by combining MOTAC with a common AAA battery, the ROMEO4XT-PRO is rated for 50,000 hours of runtime. Like its predecessor, the ROMEO4XT-PRO is IPX8-rated for waterproof and fog proof performance and is tested to MIL-STD-810 to ensure reliable service. Very well made and clear glass. Multiple reticle options and much better than the original Romeo 4. Being able to use AAA batteries is a big plus. Sig Sauer Romeo 4XT PRO is a great option in its class.

Romeo 4xt-pro is a fantastic sight. The best one I own.
Riceroni –
Feature rich red dot that ends up being cheaper than a lot of the highest end Aimpoint optics. Different reticle choices, cheaper, just as robust, and clear/crisp reticle makes this a definite winner.

I bought this red dot after the great reviews I seen online. It literally stopped working after 11 rounds!!!! I did the normal checks and it still will not turn on. Now it’s time to test Sig’s customer service I guess.

Bought a Romeo 4xt-pro directly from Sig. When i received it, it turned on and worked perfectly fine. I set my rifle down for a few minutes and when i picked it up the red dot was off. I tried everything to get it to work again, but it wouldnt turn on. Sigs customer service is great and i have ZERO complaints with them. But now i have an expensive optic i can no longer trust. Even when i get the replacement, im going to worry.

Seems to be a solid optic and comes with a lot of features. The glass is some of the clearest I've seen which is expected from sig, the reticle options are extremely crisp with lots of brightness setting, and you do get a range of mounting options and lense covers. The only downsides I have found is the amount of halo effect when the brightness of the dot is high and it has a little of that looking through a tube issue that other red dots are known to have.
