I would recommend this since I’ve tried several options and for the price could not find anything I liked as much, it comes with a decent mounting system.I had previously compare it against the first focal plane Strike Eagle but found at the lower magnification the reticle and illumination were not as useful on that other device. It has held zero at the Range. It looks good mounted to a Tread 308. It’s a true 1x CQB as well as 10x for mid range distances within 500 yards, possibly a little further.

This LPVO is the perfect size, weight, magnification, and it comes with a mount. You also can’t beat optics planets prices, fast shipping and customer service.

Unfortunately, a couple weeks ago I broke one of my regular hunting scopes. I’ve been looking at Sig Sauer LPVO 1-10s for a while now and decided it was finally time to buy one. This is my first time using an LPVO and I’m completely satisfied with it. I rarely ever shoot past 300 yards, so this LPVO is perfect for my suppressed 16” .300 BLK. This scope practically came already zeroed in oddly enough. I put on a laser bore sighter at 50 yards and noticed I was only a few clicks off to the left. Once I adjusted it, I was plinking steel 12” steel targets at 200 yards no problem.

Great optic use it on my sig 176i ar-10 works great no complaints so far the zoom is a little stiff but I’d rather have that than it be loose

Bought this for my Sig 716 Patrol and finally got to take it to the range today. I did a quick 'on paper' check at 25 yards and then moved to the 100 yard range; 1st 4-round mag at 100 yards did not help my confidence (see photo) but I dialed 1 click left and 6 clicks up (scope adjustments are 1/2 MOA per click) and shot a 10 round magazine using only the bipod, no bench rest or rear rest. I was impressed with the accuracy using 168 grain AMAX 308 ammo, basically 8 rounds making a silver dollar sized hole and 2 rounds slightly below the hole. The Sig 716 is not particularly known for its accuracy but, the AMAX seems to be the right ammo to get good results. The clarity of the scope is awesome; the illuminated red center dot and horseshoe are handy for low light but not bright enough for sunny daylight; the weight of the optic is reasonable though it feels solid and heavy at first; adjustment knobs click cleanly, eye relief is just right for my length of pull for the AR platform. Almost perfect but for a few personal preferences that this scope does not have: no side parallax focus, reticle seems a little thin for my liking but is easy to see, 9 and 10 power seem to be not as crisp of a view but still pretty clear.
