Best feature i don't find with others lower priced units is the ability to focus. Down side to this, is the same with all magnifiers, eye relief. The flip to the side mount seems durable, time will tell whether it will stay in place. I see some flaws in it already, like the bearings possibly wearing out the socket area.All in all, good little sight for the price point. I want to try the 5x next.

I bought this to pair up with my Sightmark reflex sight. It pairs up nice and does what it’s supposed to do. The side flip function is nice and stays in place. The optics could be better but for the price it’s hard to beat.

The glass is clearer than I expected. Super easy to adjust the reticle windage and elevation. Positive lockup in on and off positions with the adjustable detents. I’m quite surprised with the magnifier, will keep it on my build!

The Sightmark T-3 provides some nice bang for your bucks. It’s pretty sleek looking while it does its job perfectly. The glass is crystal clear, the 3x magnification is there when you need it, and a simple flip to the side returns you to the red dot or other optic you employ for close contact. The magnifier locks securely in both positions- it will not wander off from where it’s set. Also appears to be tough, taking bangs and jolts without issue. The adjustments to center on your other optic are key, and missing from the cheaper magnifiers. All said, I don’t see any need to drop $300 or more on a magnifier, unless it’s Uncle Sam (and thus the taxpayers) picking up the bill because you’re going into harms way for the good of the ole US of A.The only Con I can think of is it doesn’t have a rubber exoskelleton, or even caps. I have kept the rifle in a sock in a safe when not in use though, so it hasn’t been an issue. In the field, I’d want at least some kind of protection for the lenses when I wasn’t expecting any trouble, or for transport.

Picked it up for a buddy on his birthday.. on the cheap. Boxed like it was new and I couldn't tell it was a refurb. Great choice to have something while you save for that Juliet. All in all, super satified with tye purchase of this equipment.

It serves its purpose. If your thinking to increase target size extensively, then look into 5x or acog. But good for quick acquisition with some magnification. Easy to set up and cowitness with my sightmark r-spec.
