Great product. Eye relief is great, clearity is awesome. I am able to see bullet holes at 500yds. Tracks very well clicks are solid and audible. Parlax focus is very precise. Color and light transmission is nice as well.

I haven't had the chance to get out to the big range yet, but 100 yards in overcast skies, with the sun shield on and full 32x today… just WOW! Super clear and the mildot reticle is super. I'm thrilled so far.

I'm a 1,000 yard benchrest shooter shooting a 6" targets, Seeing where a bullet hits is critical for shot correction and winning. I have used Sightron SIII 6=24×50 when shooting 600 yard competition with excellent results, but it didn't have enough clarity and sharpness for 1,000 yards. Decided to try 8-32×56 SIII and was amazed. The addition of 6mm to the objective lens adds a tremendous amount of light and clarity. Whatever change they made to their lens coatings sure worked. Low light conditions are easily handled by this scope. It rivals my Nightforce at half the cost. Defintely a BEST BUY!Pros: clarity, sharpness, valueCons: minimum eye relief

This was my first Sightron purchase, I had heard of them but always went with Leupold or Nikon. Well this time after much deliberation I settled on Sightron. And boy oh boy I'm glad I did. The contenders were Leupold, Athlon, Nikon and Vortex of which I have a few of each on my rifles. Nikon and Vortex did not have the magnification I was looking for so they were eliminated quickly. Leupold was just out of my price range at that magnification. And Athlon, while I have one I just didn't think it would do the job, and that is Competition shooting Entry level. So Sightron it was and wow am I glad I didn't wait and save for the Leupold and I'm a Leupold guy, they top most of my rifles. But any way, getting back to the Sightron. Backed by a lifetime warranty I was pretty confident with my purchase. The reticle is as clear as can be. Light transmission in this scope is amazing more than my other scopes including Leupold is very close in fact it could very well be the same as Leupold, it's brightness I'm sure is attributed to the 56mm bell that lets in a ton of light, this is a low light dream come true. It makes everything brighter in all light conditions. Tracking is spot on. I did tracking tests of 3moa and 6moa every time it went back to the original starting point a very repeatable scope. Once you have it zeroed the bullet goes where the crosshair/dot is assumimng you doped your wind correctly. Some reviewers mentioned the mushy turrets, while they are not as clean as Leupold for instance it is certainly no reason to not purchase this gem. There is very slight distortion or blurry edges at full magnification again nothing to stop your purchasing of it. It comes with a neoprene scope sock which is nice and a sunshade which judging by how bright it is I may need. This is a big scope 56mm is bigger than you think when you deal with 40's and 44s and 50s all the time with 1' tubes. That 6mm bigger than 50 is noticeable but doesn't seem out of proportion because of the 30mm tube. The eyepiece is almost 40mm as big as a 3-9×40 bell. So if you are considering this scope be aware that it is big but its also freaking awesome too!! I really cant find much wrong with this scope and I wanted to find things but couldn't. I'm super satisfied with this scope I plan to put another one on my Remington 700 SPS in .223. This Sightron happily sits atop my Bergara B14 BMP and they both make me look good, making hits at 500yds a lot easier than I could have imagined. Soon out to 1000.

Sightron has to be one of the best values going and this SIII is no exception. Love the side focus. The 8-32 with the MOA2 is my favorite, so much so that I am shopping for another. Most of my time is at the range and the 8-32 is just as good on distant varmints.

If you are looking for affordable optics for long range shooting, look no further. The clarity is awesome, up till ×24 you get great clarity, higher than that it all depends on the conditions your shooting in. Clicks are great, focus a little sensitive, probably because of the size of the scope but nothing to worry about.
