Machined from billet steel, each plate is designed specifically to deliver proper optic height for intuitive sight picture and instant target acquisition and features an integral rear sight. Each AOS plate ships with screws to mount the plate to a 1911 DS handgun. Ordered this for my prodigy and used it with a Holosun No issues with it and has been a solid mounting plate. So far I have put several hundred rounds with it on my Springfield and it’s worked out good over all it’s a good mounting plate

Fit as described. I wanted the smallest footprint enclosed emitter red dot for the prodigy. This plate was required. Springfield should let you select which plate you want instead of giving the one for the crappiest dot made.

I have had this plate on for about two weeks and have roughly 500 rounds through. it has not shifted or loosened. I have read some reviews where people have said they had issues? I used some blue lock tight and no issues.

You'll need this plate for your Prodigy if you go with a Holosun EPS, or EPS Carry.Good fit, workmanship.Note: The EPS will overhang this a bit. I wanted it to be tighter, smoother, no hangups, no overhang for carry.So I went with the EPS Carry, even though the window is smaller.It fits much tighter to the plate and slide sides.
