Great looking product, will install and use with nightforce on a 6.5, pushing beyond 1000m, going to put this through several weeks tough weeks in the big sand pile to see how it's stacks up to my other QD mounts

Mounting your new, expensive scope. For a rock solid, repeatable quick detach no one does it better than Spuhr. I used four different versions in 34mm on Vortex, Kahles, Minox and TT scopes and choose which to shoot with depending on the requirement. Terrific.

Great scope mount. Excellent built. The wedge is a great tool to level the scope. Mounting is pretty smooth with the QD options. Optics Plant has a great deal. This was mounted on a Steiner m7xi IFS. Eventhough high price. But your money will be worth it. If you have an expensive scope use this mount.

I'm not easily impressed but this mount is impressive. Every detail about it shows that real engineering (by people that actually shoot) was used with its design. This mount maintains true zero when disconnected and reinstalled. It actually comes with a tool for leveling the scope, and not only is the leveling very quick, it is more accurate than any bubble level and plumb line. I verified the quick leveling job with a plumb line and it was perfect. In this day and time, most products are engineered by accountants. Accountants are good for maximizing profits but they don't make good engineers. Yeah, the downside to this mount is its cost. However, absolutely no corners were cut with this mount's design nor were they cut with the manufacturing. This mount is an A+ product. What can I compare it with… I've tried several types of QD mounts. I also really like LaRue Tactical QD mounts. Well, the Spuhr mount is even better. Granted it costs about 2x as much. Oh yeah, another perk, this mount includes its own bubble level (no more attaching levels to the scope). Everything about this mount is as good as it gets – I am unable to find any are were this mount could have been designed any better.

I’ll start off with this is easily the best mount I ever used. The features along with fit and finish our second to none. It’s hard to say is it truly worth nearly twice as much as the next best item in this range, but I intend to put another one on my other precision rifle. Personally, when I ordered the next one, it will be somewhere other than than optics planet. The shipping was painfully slow via DHL. For the same price I could’ve ordered anywhere else and got it in half the time.

I have been using Spuhr mounts for at least seven years. I own 5 for various rifles from a GAP hospitaller to a Wilson Combat AR-10 with Leupold, Night force, EOTech and Schmidt and bender scopes.I bought my first QD mount, and I now wish I had bought them for all of my rifles. No zero shift as long as you put them into the same picatinny position on a quality pic rail and remember to push them forward into the lug every time before tightening. The wedge key makes leveling a breeze, the qd makes cleaning and transport much easier (I like being able to remove the scope from the rifle before casing it). Quality is top notch, and I have never worried about damaging the scope. I have never had to lap or bed the mounts to the scope. The only thing I don’t care for is the bubble level. It is difficult to see without moving the rifle. But it does help as a second check when mounting to your rifle.
