I now own 3 optics. This one, a CT RAD Micro Pro , and a Vortex Defender CCW. I would say that my initial impression is this one is probably the best value of the three. Its got exceptionally clear glass with almost no tint. The DOT is very crisp as well, and quite green. Its a much cleaner overall sight picture than my CT RAD MPRO. The housing feels like it will hold up to daily carry without issue and I like the shape of the window with its circular top vs the CT square window. I also like the larger 2032 battery. Its not as robust as the Vortex, but its also a bit more compact, and has way longer battery life.Although the adjustments have no clicks, they are nice and stiff with decent resistance.Overall I think this one could be a real winner in the sub $200 optic world.I mounted it on the MP Shield Plus, and I will say its as big as I would want on that gun with a little bit of overhang on the forward section of the slide cut ( beveled slide edges). That said, when your present the gun, the Dot is boom right there and nice a bright.My only real cons initially, the brightness adjustment buttons are on the small side to access quickly if you have long fingers, and the bottom mounted battery. However if the battery life is truly in the 30000 plus hours, not going to fret.If it holds up, I am going to order another one. I think its a perfect optic for a Shield, GLock 43X, Taurus GX4 type of gun. I cant see spending $350 to $475 for an optic on a $400 dollar gun.

I bought this to replace the plastic Romeo zero red dot that came with my P365XL. I have an astigmatism and the Romeo starbursts bad and looks squiggly, also I don’t think the auto off works as it eats batteries. This was a significant upgrade, crisp green dot sturdy aluminum housing etc. highly recommend!
