I have 5 of these mounts and have never had a problem with any of them. Pretty lightweight, and easy set up. The seem to hold zero very well too. I like the a lot because I tend to switch scope around on my guns a lot. It makes it very easy to switch between a therm and traditional scope without losing your aim point.

Initially, I settled and ordered a more affordable mount. The next morning I changed my mind and decided to pay a bit extra for what I really wanted. Optics Planet’s excellent customer service helped me make that happen. I am really satisfied with my order. Will order from OpticsPlanet again.

Really like this mount. Seems very solid. Adjustmentsare easy. Attached solid to 2 different pic rails.Warne is a US company with decent prices & smart engineering. I bought a pair of single QDrings & they are great also.

The Warne line has been in my scope collection from the PR5, Vortex Strike Eagle FFP, and finally to the Vortex Straight-wall 350 Legend which is what this Warne mount with QD levers is for. I recently wanted to start removing the scope from my hunting rifle and was absolutely impressed with the Warne line-up of mounts, but when I mounted the Vortex to the QD levers and with the ease of taking it on and off I was sold on this style of mount.

I always like to preface reviews by saying I own NF, Vortex, and Trijicon optics. I like quality and know the benefits as I started out years ago with lower quality products. So I speak with experience. Long range shooter here, 300 – 1k+ yards is a typical shoot. For the guy who doesn't want to read, just buy them! These mounts are rock solid! I've got two Trijicon LPVO's and decided to buy these for each of my AR's. They are American made quality mounts and I haven't had a single issue with them! They're easy to adjust and don't move once you've dropped those levers. Now someone in the reviews complained about the mount not being the right size for their scope and gave the mount a 1 star rating. That's your fault for not researching. Call a company if you don't know. Another review said their mount was rusty. That's too bad. But I'm sure OP will take care of it and that's extremely rare with quality made products. As far as the two sets I received, the fit and finish were excellent. I always lap a new pair of rings but when I attempted to lap these the material that was removed was almost nil! They were practically perfect. I use Wheeler Eng kits. The rods with the points were touching when I dropped them in these mounts. Perfectly aligned! I build my AR's like the dollar's going to collapse the following week. I don't care to waste my time on something that's going to fail when I need it the most. Also with these being QD you can drop an optic if it gets unusable and keep clearing structures or at distance with BUIS. But w/o a QD you better have some 45 mounts or you're just carrying extra weight with typical sights. If you've got an $800-2,000 optic, why are you using a $70 pair of rings? You'll get a lot more quality when you get to the 150-180 range in my experience. These Warne mounts are next level w/o next level prices. There's a point where you're getting diminished returns. To me, anything above this is that point. If a scope is mounted properly with rings that are made w/ quality material and fasteners, CNC machined, that's all you need for a scope to hold zero and point of aim! You're not getting anything more for $250, 350. It's a mount. It's not a CHF barrel or adjustable trigger. If it's solid, it's doing what any quality mount is going to do! Buy these and be done and move on to the next decision!

Though I had to put a response on if I would recommend this, I'm not actually at the point whether I would or would not yet. Following the instructions on the screw tension isn't good enough. I found out you had to follow the instructions, shoot your rifle, then follow the instructions again. With that said, it seemed to have held its tension the second time. In addition, it scratches really easy. I was simply screwing down the caps and that was enough to put scratches on it. Other than that, I will say it does seem to be pretty good quality. I think it looks sharp too. Overall, I'm still happy with it.
