I had to wait 4 months for this order to be filled. That's OK as I wasn't in any hurry for it. It appears that the XPERT rifle and the rail are both made by the same company in Turkey. I'm guessing that it takes a long time to load and ship products from half ways around the world.The rail comes with screws and mounts on the rifle with no issues. The contour of the mount and screw spacing's are dead on. Now I need to mount a scope and wait for decent weather to try it all out.

It fit the rifle perfectly and was very easy to install. Holds the scope nicely.

Quality and made exclusively for the Winchester Xpert bolt action 22. Had to wait months for availability because rifle is relatively new. Better quality than other aftermarket bases that did not fit receiver properly.
