I’d give this a 6th star if possible, got this so I don’t have to worry about flipping my cap open in a hurry to take a quick shot & still protect the glass on my optic, even though I’ve used this brand before this is my first time using the clear cover, and let me tell you, the clear cover is very clean, almost like looking through glass(I’m sure having top quality lens inside it helps). For those that doesn’t know Tenebraex is the “name brand” for fillip cap covers… that only ones that survive duty & patrol type hard use….

So it’s like welding goggles levels of dark. Pretty sure it’s for hostile laser protection but if that’s not your use case the tinted ones are essentially j usable. The product itself is great so grab clear.
