Excellent value in a small package. This spotting scope was primarily purchased to attach to my bullseye pistol box for indoor use. Having been on several multi-day Alaskan caribou hunts I would have no problem using this in the field. It will fit in your jacket pocket.

With this scope I can really bring the birds in close, and the clarity is excellent. It is easy to focus, fits nicely in the hand, and even at the max 20x the image is stable in doing so. I've never mounted it on a tripod. Of course with greater magnification, the field of view is smaller, but I leave it set at 20x and, with practice, have had little problem spotting birds, even on the wing at times.Pros: Clarity, quality, compact

I use this for back country spotting nad it works great. I also use it at the range for 100 yard id of 1/4 inch holes. Can do both well, just wish the focus had more increments for longer distance viewingPros: Size, clarityCons: focus control not fine enough

This optic has value to anyone involved with wildlife observation, sporting events and route finding. It is light and compact. It has a handy strap allowing the user to comfortably palm hold, much like a video camera. The optical quality is very good and appears to be well made. The photos on the product page of this website shows a reticle along with two product views. I am not certain why this is depicted as no reticle is found to be with this scope.

This is a super nice and handy hand held spotting scope. Was more compact than I thought it would be. Hand grip attaches it to your hand, can’t drop it and the focus is precise, crisp and easily adjusted. And as a bonus made in America. I may buy another one just to keep in the truck.
