The Buckmasters Rangefinder and Riflescopes were inspired by Jackie Bushman to bring the performance of SIG SAUER Electro-Optics at a value that is within reach for every hunter. The riflescopes feature a custom Buckmasters Bullet Drop Compensation (BDC) reticle that has holdover dots out to 500 yards. The rangefinder will provide lightning-fast-ranging performance in a vivid red illuminated display optimized for low light hunting. As an extra value, the rangefinder can be used in “Buckmasters Mode” which comes equipped with 8 onboard ballistic groups, so the rangefinder can indicate which Buckmasters BDC holdover dot to use in your riflescope. I never owned a Sig Sauer Scope and I read the reviews and checked out the peoples view of this optic and I really liked the price and Sig makes a great pistol high quality so I decided to give the buckmaster a try and I was very impressed well made tracked perfect very clear pull light well early morns and late evenings turrets had very audible clicks and were smooth also the magnification dail smooth eye relief was fine and it paired up with my TC Compass / Smith and Wesson 6.5 Creedmoor mounted it medium rings leveled it and boresighted it in shot it once at 25 yards four inches low one inch to the right made my adjustment from right to left moved target to 100 yards took a shot dead center inch low made adjustment shot inch high dead center shot four more shots and end result 3/4 inch group at 100 yards ready baby took my first deer with it at 75 yards deer facing me chest shot front legs collapsed back legs kicking for few seconds done big body North Louisiana deer six point small rack heavy buck had some age on the decline for sure ammo used hornady 143 grain precision Hunter ELD-X that’s the ammo I sighted it in with and the only ammo ever used with it the scope is dead on that was October 2020 hunting season and it’s still holding zero and dead on solid scope works well in rain cold humidity doesn’t fog up holds zero I have a good bit of deer rifles and scope set ups different calibers and brands of scopes and I’m definitely gonna purchase more of these Sig buckmasters in the future my son has one on his 270 and my Unc on his 3006 and they love it Sig did it right

Bought this to replace a couple of older scopes that were on my 5.56 and 7.62×39 AR uppers. Packaging was flawless as usual with Sig. It's a solid scope with nice fit and finish as most Sig products are. Scope caps are solid and have lots of tension in the springs. Turrets are super nice for this price point. Throw lever is tight but smooth and I don't have any issues because I eats me spinach. The clarity is superb at this price point. Nice clear image that blows away my older scopes. I've used this at dusk and even a nicely moon lit night at close range and it picks up light nicely for inside 50 yards. Plenty of videos out there about durability but I'm not one to abuse my stuff too bad so I will trust the folks that say you can beat it up because it feels like you could. It zeroed perfectly and has been great through a couple hundred rounds of 5.56 and 7.62×39. I did get the range finder but haven't tested that with the scope yet. I'm going to replace my old P223 rings though with https://www.opticsplanet.com/leapers-utg-accu-sync-qr-cantilever-mount.html I wanted a quick detach mount for it to make it easier to swap back and forth. This scope, full magazine, sling, white light, 15 inch free float rail and the cantilever mount should be right around 9 pounds in 5.56. My 7.62×39 is heavy barrel so it's a bit heavier in case anyone wondered. Eats yer spinach and ya won't even notice the lil bit of extra weight.Great scope for the money. Completely satisfied.

This is my second purchase and review for this 3-12×44 optic from Sig. The first Buckmasters optic was mounted on my .308 Axis II and had performed flawlessly. The second Buckmasters 3-12×44 was mounted on my Remington 710 chambered in 7mm Rem Mag using Sig Buckmasters rings. 2-shot zero'd after bore sighting. Sent a box of Federal Fusion 150gr. down range. 2 5-shot groups at 100 yrds and 2 5-shot groups at 200 yds. Magnification adjustment is smooth and consistent. Elevation adjustments were reliable and spot on at 200 yrds. Went back to 100 yrds and set elevation back to 100 yard zero. Sent 5 more rounds into the center of the target. Scope held zero. Very satisfied with the performance of these Buckmasters optics.

Ordered from Amazon through 'Optics Planet' where I purchase most of their quality optics. I've been ordering through Optics Planet for many years and have always received top quality merchandise at most reasonable prices. The Sig Sauer BUCKMASTERS Scope- 3-12x44MM BDC I ordered seems to be very good. The clarity is sharp (Edge to Edge), zoom focus is smooth, good eye relief, and seems to be well constructed. Flip caps included (bonus), allen wrench, cloth, and manual. Not any can go wrong at the listed price. I've not field tested as yet, but believe the Sig sauer Buckmasters will hold zero. We would recommend this scope for hunting out to 500 yards. *Compatible to the Whiskey 3, only at 1/3 the price. Not any can go wrong.

Was more than please on how smooth the turrets are and the glass itself is very clear. If you’re looking an optic that you can use close up but still be able to see a good distance this is a great buy.

I put this scope on my Savage 110 30-06. Scope is as clear or clearer than my Vortex crossfire 2. Great value for the money. Low scope rings were too low. The magnification knob contacted my scope mount. Need medium rings at minimum.
