I'm quite happy with this optic. The clarity of the glass is very nice, just as good as my buddies Vortex Viper PST II. The reticle gets very bright. The 1x seems like a true 1x to me or very close. The lens caps and throw lever are a nice addition that are additional cost with most other scopes. I really like having the locking turrets vs a capped turret for quick adjustment. Overall I don't think you can go wrong choosing this scope, especially for the price.

I recently purchased a different brand 1-10 LPVO from "Opticsplanet" that would not track. After reading all the reviews and looking at comments on the internet I decided to take a chance on the "Swampfox". If you have any doubts about the brand, look at the "torture test" on the net. I sent it back and ask for an exchange for the "Swampfox" 1-10. It took about 5 weeks for me to receive the new scope and i sent OP a letter explaining my reason for the return. I installed it on my AR-15 and today took it to the range. I was very impressed. I previously had a Vortex 1-6 installed on this gun although i wanted more magnification(getting old). The Swampfox is just as bright and clear as the Vortex, tracks exactly as it should, has good eye relief and the turrets lock easily after adjustment. After experiencing a scope that did not track and making me doubt my shooting ability, thanks to Swampfox and OP, today i came home with a smile on my face. I would buy this scope again and maybe more of this brand if needed

This is a great scope for the money. Fast focus with simple hash marks for quickly engaging multiple targets at various distances.I had a 1×4 scope that was not not keeping up with my aging eyesight so the 1×10 does the trick for me.

Swampfox has the best lpvo's for the money for sure. I have this and a 1-8 Tomahawk and both work great. Just don't expect the clarity of a $2000 Razor HD but it sure is close. I would recommend getting a 2" offset mount such as the Swampfox hostile engagement mount to have the correct eye relief.

This scope is flat out awesome, and at about half the price or less of the competition. Right out of the box its great that it comes with the throw lever, which normally costs you another $50-60. I cannot stress enough how phenomenal the clarity and FOV is for this scope, with this price. No comparable scope in this price range can touch it. I've personally done a back to back with this vs the 1-8 SE and there was no comparison. The reticle is clean, and has an autoranging function. The scope is built well, with nice tactile turret clicks and a turret lock that requires no tools for adjustments or locking/unlocking. The is hands down the best affordable LVPO on the market, and don't shy away just because they are a newer brand. They stand behind their products with a 50,000 round (basically lifetime for 99% of us) bulletproof warranty. If I were to be in the market again I would 100% come back to Swampfox first, there is just no other brand that touches the quality and value that they give you for the money.

For 1/3 the price of it’s competitors…it’s about 85% just as good IMO. Clear glass, nice solid adjustments, Sweet reticle(I went with BDC) lifetime warranty…just an awesome optic, especially for the money.
