I've installed and laser bore sighted it on my g19 but i have not shot it yet. My only complain is the elevation turret is marked wrong its shows click left to go up but it actually goes down and vise versa. That's why i only put 4 stars… i actually bought 2 of these so I'm stuck with it �

I have used many different brands and do own many… Swampfox is right up there with the big money optics. I have a few Justices from Canik Mete Pro to a 12g bullpup and have have ZERO issues. Great glass, great green(yeah im a green guy) dot and solid as they come. I have one Justice and has been beat to heck and back with loads of paint missing with burs and holds zero perfect! I also have the Liberator, as well as a sentinel and a couple LPVOs (the Arrowhead and Tomahawk) and wanting the new one. Those are phenomenal as well!! I also have a couple of the precision rifle scopes which, for the money are incredible!! They confidently show you what your rifle is capable of!! Yes, I am a fan of the Swampfox product! Now, I must say, I DID have an issue with the sentinel… the brightness was stuck on highest setting and I couldn’t get it to dim. I called Swampfox, and the man I spoke with was on it….honestly wanted to help anyway he could make sure I was fixed up! Send me the info on how to send it in. When they received I was sent an email asking if I wanted an exact replacement. Which it was red. I asked if it was possible to get it in green and within a week a had a new green dot optic on my Glock and have had zero issues… and that was probably a year ago! I have loads of guns and optics and I’m not going to claim this is the best of the best…. But for the money and quality product you get with it I would NEVER hesitate to buy SF! No I don’t work for swampfox or benefit from this honest review…. I’m just a recently retired fireman enjoying my passion and giving my personal opinion! Stay safe folks

But this for your compact/full-size pistol now! Have this on my Canik Tp9sfx and unlike the previous review and I like that there is no marks to line up the red dot. Once I zero’d it I took off the front sight and absolutely love it. Finding the red dot is all about having the proper presentation when you draw or else you won’t see it. This optic is durable, sturdy, and came centered so I just had to lower the elevation to my preferred distance. Shake wake feature was definitely a selling point for me. Love having that option. Well made optic, very satisfied.

I mounted this on a mossberg 940 for turkeys. I really like the dot. The shake awake feature is great for me, the 27mm is great on a shotgun but might be a little wide for a pistol. My only real complaint is that the screws for mounting it are too short so I had to upgrade those but that’s not a big deal.

This unit does wake and bake. It stayed true for 3 clips of 5.56 to date. Easy adjust and quick target acquisition. Solid Alum build. I literally studied for 2 days on what to buy to top my Primary Arms prism. Because I’m cheap, just like you. At the price point I was comfortable with, features and their stated dedication to innovation came the Swamp Fox. I’m not the Acog guy but found the equivalent 5x prism. Kind of. Therefore I found a red dot too that should be ….$. I have another in the “watch list”. Cause I’m cheap. Don’t judge me.
