Best tool for hog control. Period. As far as hunting goes Zeus Pro makes my PVS-14 as useful as … on boar, LOL. Solid scope with great optics. Had it mounted on RRA 300 blackout. We had overcast night, no moon and way out from any lights. In two hours we nailed a whole bunch of bacon and 3 yoties with Youtube vid for bragging rights. Next morning my brother ebayed his D760 and laser. Save up for 640. Five starts all the way.

Easy to set up, very good viewing through scope. Great having the GPS and compass in view.Excellant images at close range as well as distances out to 900 meters. The changeable reticles are also great as well as selectable image colors such as black on white, color heat sources palate.

I was waiting for this since it was backordered. I am ecstatic with overall performance, especially for longer 200-300-yard ranges. I tried quiet few thermals in the past, both in service and for hunting. This scope outperforms them all. PROS: This scope is built like a tank! We were nailing hogs in rainy TX weather thanks to different color options of the targets. Amazing picture quality with 100mm lens. Make sure you get a scope with manually adjustable lens – ALWAYS! E-focus is BS. Pro has tons of features. You can engage targets even in 8x zoom without zero adjustment . Targets pop against background making it super easy to shoot. Make sure you get FLIR core. If it doesn’t say FLIR, it’s not. You can spot game easy even in tall brush. Holds .308 without any issues. Nice, long comfortable eye relieve. Quick disconnect mount. CONS: 100mm lens makes Zeus Pro on the heavy side. Manual was not included and I had to DL off Armasight website. Although Pro was operational in 30 seconds and ready to be sigh in (by the way I did it in two shots), digging deeper into optional adjustments requires some time to learn. Recorder is optional. Pricy, but I guess compered for some other $12K scopes, this still a great value. Conclusion: I tried RS and few other scopes out there. This one is by far the best and I would recommend it to anyone who can afford it.

I used it 2 or 3 times and the reticle just disappeared. IT can be seen in sighting in and reticle selection but just turned on it does not come up. I called and they called back very promptly and I'm waiting on an RMA to send it back. He said there is no phone fix for this problem. The scope is rather large though compared to the 75mm and with the front objective support the base mounting clamps cant be moved very much to accommodate mounting to the rifle.

Wow is all I can say.. This thing is amazing and thats putting it lightly. I can detect planes in the sky at over 2 miles away. Ive fully detected and identified various planes in the sky and animals in my surrounding. I bought this to both hunt hogs in Texas and for UFO research as I have encountered countless insane objects in the forrest that are not of this world. I figure you get what you pay for and when I got this I felt like I had a secret tool. Its high quality beyond military grade in my opinion. It doesn't appear to have all the recticles it displays in the manual. Maybe im missing something. My model actually doesn't have the turn knob thats for power and standby. These are slightly updated and the power is now a button. the remote can be clipped into the provided picatinny mount which is awesome. The 100mm lens is amazing. This thing is made of super hard-core rubber, steel and no parts are prone to breaking (no plastic on entire device). I cant even see how this thing would get broke. The clarity is insanely superior. 30hz is fine. you dont need 60hz. It comes with a large case and within that is another soft case you zip the scope up with. its got accessories, manual, quick start card, coupons for more money off products and a flir lens wipe. I wish I had the DVR. Im buying that next. The settings on the scope are amazing. I couldn't believe how far I could see with this. I was looking at objects over a mile away with clarity. it was detecting at well over a mile which they dont advertise. I guess it depends on your environment. Im blown away by this. Ive owned and tried so many other night vision scopes and thermal scopes. I even have the Flir Lepton 2 with msk. This Zeus Pro is worth every penny. Its worth more than a truck with water in the Iraq dessert. Im going to buy the Flir Tau 2+ next when they decide to make another zeus scope out of that. BUY IT. don't think this is a unnecessary buy. it is high tech and extremely valuable. its not in a class of frivolous spending.
