After having the sight backordered for 6 plus months, when it finally arrived it seems well designed and well built. I have not installed it on my PDP yet because I had to order the proper base plate which will take another 4 to 6 weeks. I guess I am in the waiting game at the moment. I had to contact Trijicon to be sure I was getting the proper base plate. To their credit someone actually answered the phone and was able to answer my questions (which is not that common these days). The site takes the same base plate as the RMR red dot sight. I wish I could tell you how well the sight holds zero but unfortunately the review request and the rather lengthy logistics of actually getting the sight and mounting it are much more time consuming than I expected.

I bought this optic to replace my RMR on my duty weapon. The enclosed emitter and top loading battery were a big selling point for me. When looking through the glass, you get a much better sight picture than the RMR or other similar optics due to a larger window. I mounted this optic on my Staccato P and it fit perfectly on the existing RMR plate already on the handgun. It only took a few adjustments to obtain a zero at 15 yards. I have no doubts about its durability and reliability.
